Our First Year at the BMECP

The first year as flown by here at the BMECP. We started back in October 2010 on Fridays, with just a few dedicated presenters. The station now runs its own broadcasts on six days a week and has over 60 volunteers involved in the station in one capacity or another. The BHCR family is truly expanding.

In 2012 we aim to provide quality broadcasts that will benefit the whole community, working in partnership with other groups who share the same values of inclusiveness and a desire to serve others, particularly those who are often marginalised and disadvantaged.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their support and kind wishes throughout this last year and hope to continue our work in 2012 as before- only producing an even better service that will benefit as many people in the local area as it has knowledge to reach.

RIP Judge Trev 1950 -2010 BHCR presenter/producer

Judge TrevThose that went to Judge Trev memorial gig were not disapointed It was brilliant each band had passion and committment to the audience whilst retaining their rebel roots My thanks to the Real Music Club for all their hard work and music Everyone enjoyed themselves and no doubt Roy Weird who was doing the sounds along with others will be playing their recordings to you check them out
Proceeds from this gig have gone to MARTLETS HOSPICE charity & RHYTHMIX charity (NOT the X Factor all- girl group !)
